Relationship Category assignment for UKMSBG

We attempting to extract credit mgt data to BI and get an error (R11 540) BP roles not assigned to relationship category UKMSBG.

I have attempted setting each credit analyst to the relationship UKMSBG (for credit analyst group).

But that does not eliminate the error. I don't see a place in configuration for this.

Has anyone else encountered this error and if so how did you resolve it?

please try to find here:

spro->cross-application components-sap business partner->business partner relationships->basic settings->properties of business partner relationship categories

make sure you have values for the record UKMSBG (Credit Analyist Group)

p.s. the path above was taken from ECC6.0 so you probably might have a bit another one (if you have another sap version)

I did see this part in contfigureation.

I have the credit analyst setup as employees and I see where I can assign them in relationships to a credit analyst group.

However, how is the credit analyst group created? i tried setting up as a general BP and under role UKM000.

How should the credit analyst group be created? I think that is what I am missing.
