Repetitive values

Hi,

Client requirement for the report, this is how the report is displaying right now

Sales Document Material Number of Sales Document

61000276 903215 1

61000279 903251 1

61000280 904512 1

907653 1

908765 1

_______________________________________________

Result 3

Count is working fine but the value 1 is repetitive, for the sales document 61000280 the value should show as 1 and for the rest of the two it should show blank.

the report should display like this

Sales Document Material Number of Sales Document

61000276 903215 1

61000279 903251 1

61000280 904512 1

907653

908765

_______________________________________________

Result 3

any help would be appreciated, as its very urgent.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies,

probably I am not clear in my last message,just to make it clear

Actually I am using the count on Sales document number and also Sales doc Items and we need to display both the values for example

1 Sales document could have 3 Sales Doc Items so it should display for

Number of Sales Document as 1 and for Number of Sales Doc Item as 3 and

accordingly I did the count and aggregation with Counter for all detail values for

Sales document Number and Sales document Item, the count is working fine....its showing 1 and 3

But my problem when its displaying in the report Irrespective of showing only 1 value in Number of Sales document its showing

Count = 1 ( Display value should be only 1 not three 1 the rest of the two should be blank or 0 )

and for Document Item

Count = 3

so for Sales Document Number it should show the value as 1 and the rest of the fields as Blank as its only 1 sales document .

Hope I am clear with my problem, please do let me know if you need more details

Hi,

So you mean to say that you are having tow fields one for sales documnet count and another for sales item count.

Then apply exception aggregation on both the ckf or formulas seperately with there respective characterstic.

If it doesnt work then choose the method that is mentioned in the thread which i pasted in my earlier post.

Thanks for the information, the count values which I am getting is with expection aggregation appliced for the two chars,

and I also did the formula variable but still its showing the same '1'

Any other solutions for this issue.

Hi,

I am little confused with your requirement now.You have two different fields which shows count or only one field.

Please be precise and paste the output in better format once again for refernce.I will try the same on my system and will check how it behaves.

HI,

Create Calculated KF at Bex level (Count) and keep Exception aggregation as sum - Tke reference as Sales Document number.

Hi,

This count is coming based on unique value of material rather than on sales document.

Try to put exception aggregation on your count...Reference characterstic as sales document.
