Possible to install PI 7.3 connected with PI 7.0 ?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to connect a PI 7.0 dual stack solution with the new PI 7.3 single stack version. It seems that connection to PI 7.3 is only possible from PI 7.1 but I would need a confirmation for that. Thanks.
