Condition validity in RE Contract

Hello everyone,

Does anyone knows if I can configure contract conditions to be valid within a common period of time? The conditions are exactly the same and they also have the same partner,

Hi,

Condition type with overlapping periods are not allowed.

Ex : Z001 from 01.01.11 to 31.03.11 (condition purpose - Actual rent)

Z001 from 01.01.11 to 31.01.11 (condition purpose - actual rent) -- Not allowed

but you can create with different condition purpose, like

Z001 from 01.01.11 to 31.01.11 (condition purpose - one time actual rent)

Just one more question,

I tried to link a newly created purpose to an existing condition, and I got an error message, saying I have to have a different condition. Am I doing something wrong?
