How do we make the feild for Bank account number more specific?which means the number should not be entered again for any employee..the system should warn/give error..

You can use enhancement 'PBAS0001' for checking duplicate Bank account number. Use exit 'EXIT_SAPFP50M_002' which works during PAI.

Exactly, i need to condition this by making any possible settings for this infotype(IT0009)
i feel , User Exit is the only possible way.
