Packaging Operations

Hi Experts

I have a different packaging materials. These packaging materials are getting consumed in a finished product A.

Example: Packaging materials 1, 2, 3, 4

Finished Material : XYZ

So requirement is Stock of Finished material should be shown seperately and Stock of Finished materials according to Packaging should be shown seperately.

Please help me out. Its a very urgent issue.

    Normally you need to have the material Id at packed FG level, meaning XYZ1, XYZ2, XYZ3 and XYZ4.

    Alternatively you use batch management, and have the package type as a characteristic of the batch (less visible in stock than first option).
