how to convert Information message as a warning in QM

Hi all,

Please provide me your valuable solution to resolve my client problem.

While carrying inspection for non-completion of production orders system 'ill give information message like..,

"Assigned order & is neither completed nor confirmed"

As per my client this information should be a warning message., because system should not allow that particualr lot for proceeding UD.

please reply through navigation path in SPRO.

Hi

SPRO path for the Order confirmation setting

IMG >PP PI > Process Order > Operations > Confirmation > Define order confirmation parameters.

T code is OPK4

You can:

Go to SE91 and the following:-

u2022 input V1 in Message Class

u2022 input 061 in Number and execute.

u2022 select the message number and click on "Where-Used List" (press Cntrl + Shift + F3)

u2022 Deselect all boxes excepting "Programs"

u2022 List of programs will be displayed where this error message is used

u2022 Double click on the description in right side of the screen

u2022 You can see the codings written for the error message as I061 which may be changed to W061.

But this will not work every time for every scenario .& this not recommended by SAP.
