CRM7.0 Web UI not getting generated in screen

Hi Experts,

I Have installed CRM 7.0 / NW 7.01 and completed with post installation steps.

when i am trying to execute CRM_UI, i could not get the web, it is showing with the following error

"Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"

The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. "

Kindly let me know where it went wrong.

Issue is resolved by Proxy server settings and Firewall settings

I am also facing the same issue with the networks Error, which Proxy and Firewall settings did you have to change ?
