Check Infopackage "technical name " which mentaione in process chain.

Note: Infopackage is never shows Active or Inactive state as it's always in active mode only.

    Hi Rose,

Go to RSA1 transaction and try to locate your Infopackage with respect to particular target. Once you check that infopackage exists, copy the technical name and then in the process chain variant search that infopackage with earlier technical name.

Once you find it, you can use it in process chain. But if you are not able to get the infopackage in RSA1 then you will have to create it first.

    Regars,

    Durgesh.

    Hi,

Looks like Infopackage is not active.

Just go to RSA1 and go to Infopacakge and see if it is actively available or not. Just doublecheck with check button in the Infopacakge.

Also you can check Process chain as well.

Check DS if any change has done and it causes related objects inactive.

Check Process chain is correctly active.

    Thanks and regards

    Kiran

    Hi,

    1. Search for your infopackage in RSA1 and if you are not finding it there, just create another IP with the same requirements

    2. Now include your new IP in your Process Chain and active it. It should work fine.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

    Sai
