Authorization Issue

Dear Al,

We have 3 sales employees who have their own list of customers and transactional data.

They do not want one sales employe's master data ( customer ) and orders to be visible ( accessible ) to another sales employee.

kindly advise

With Regards

Mohammed Raees

You have not mentioned any additional details like whether these sales employees are tied to any other data in the customer master. For example, if they are tied to sales group or sales office in the customer master/sales orders, then based on this value, basis can provide authorization. If these fields are not utilized, you can think about utilizing these fields for better controlling/reporting.

    Hi Mohammed Raees,

As above said this could be controlled through the authorization's,if the 3 sales employees have their own login's this could

be controlled through the ERNAM - Created by here the basis people give authorization based on ERNAM then the

respective sales employee able to see his own data.

    Regards

    Ram
