Contract order

HI,

During contract agreement there is no quantity is fixed.but while creating sales order with reference contract they enter the quantity in sales order level.

Please give me the solution how to do that??

      Hi miku143,

      As per my knowledge we will specify the qty in service contract agreement.With reference to the service contract we will create the Order.Whatever the qty you have mentioned in SC will be copied to the sales order VA01.Here you can change the qty to the extent of qty mentioned in service contract.

      Ex:You have given 100 qty in Service contract with validity dates.

      --In sales order VA01 you can give the qty as 25 with validity dates as1/12/2011- 5/12/2011

      Qty 50 with validity dates as 6/12/2011 - 9/12/2011

      Qty 25 with validity dates as 10/12/2011 - 12/12/2011

      But you cannot exceed the qty more than 100 what you have mentioned in service contract.
