Creating prompt's for Variable created in Webi

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone know's if, it is possible to create a prompt on a variable (vDate)created in webi (i.e on the report side)? If not? is there a workaround for such situations.

It is not possible. As a workaround, you can try to use Input Control.

My problem is that,I have to create a drill across on vDate. Hence i cant use input control. Do you know how i should go about it?

There is no such option like drill across in webi . Do you mean navigating from one report to other or drill down ?

if it is drill across for navigating one report to other then use hyperlink to meet ur requirement.
