I have a client that is have an issue with the UDF's on the Sales Orders being changed to In-Active. Several users had the issue so each of the UDF's was made active using the Tools, Customization Tools, Settings form. The next business day, the UDF's were visible but not active for some of the users. The users claim that they are not changing the settings. Any thoughts on how else the settings could be changed?
