Technical RNR-Sid was changed - what does this mean

Hello,

I load an infocube with data from a planning area. After loading I went to rsa1 -> Infocube administration.

Now, a messages pops up with following content:

Technical RNR-SID was changed

Quality RNR-SID was changed

Quality Timestamp was changed

After each line the changed numbers were displayed.

Each status light of the lines was set 'green', so it is nothing critical.

But I do not understand what are Technical RNR-SID, Quality RNR-SID and Quality Timestamp and what is happened with them in this case.

Can anybody explain?

    Hello Heinz, for infocubes, data is stored in the background in a structure called star schema. There are fact tables and dimension tables, and these are connected through SIDs. This is quite technical BW stuff, and is mostly not relevant for APO consultants, so I would advice not to get confused with it. If your data has come fine, don't worry.
