Good morning experts.

I've a problem with my customer.

When I set some master data, the SAP cleans it automatically.

For instance, when I'm creating a new business partner, and I'm still wrtiting some data, the SAP just clean the window.

It is happening all the windows...

Some help?

I'm sorry....Is not After, but before the insert....

I can't insert any master data....When I write in some fields, and after some seconds the window be blank!

Check what are the differences for these 3 users. Are there SP blocking the user codes?

There's no block for this users, and it is the same trouble for all these 3 users...

I don't know if it is about SQL or some SAP settings...

When the user tries to sign something, anything, and at the same time, the fields that were filled vanish....

Check for SQL Server authentication first for these users.
