Delivery status change by proforma

Hi,

Can any body please guide how to update delivey as "completed" after generating pro forma invoice against it.

In standard SAP, only through invoice generation the delivey status gets updated but if suppose I want to change status of delivey after porforma( invoice type U ) , how can I do that.

If it is not possible through standard configuratoin please mention the name of exit if you are aware.

Hi,

For the Delivery Status to be "Completed", the PGI and Invoice should be done.

Proforma Invoices doesnot update the Billing status and hence until the final billing document is executed, the delivery status is not completed.

Hi,

In your copying control setting select the Delivery to Proforma Invoice

select the option Update Document flow at Header or item level.
