Form Settings- Active grayed Out

Hi All,

SAP 8.81 PL 16

Hi all,We have an add-on called Inventory Pro which throws up a message while trying to process Delivery Notes. The Please make the "Unit Price" Column Editable message means we are unable to move forward.

Within SAP the user has a professional license, full Authorisations for document settings, sales employees, price lists etc and we can make the Items Per unit, Unit of Measure, and discount fields active and visible on Form Settings but just not the Unit price field?

The issue is even with the I-Pro add-on turned off the Active tick box on the unit Price is still grayed out? What am i missing from a SAP view to resolve this?

Regards,

MB

If you stopped the add-on, is this setting still deactivate?

    Thanks,

Yes by the looks of it even while the add on was stopped we still couldn't make the form setting active?
