Bank book in SAP

Hi

We have cash book in Cash Journal functionality which is in format: Opening + Receipts - Payments = Closing. This cash book can be seen on daily basis, weekly basis or monthly basis.

Same i wanted to know if there is any bank book in same format like cash journal. FBL3N is not of much use since its not in Opening + Receipts - Payments = Closing format.

Please let me know if there is bank book in system.

Hi Tried with TCode S_ALR_87012309.

I entered chart of Accounts, Bank GL account (13201100 - Bank Main account), Company code etc.

I gives output in as payment advice notes. Further there is no opening balance column.

Hi Meenakshi,

Bank book is not available in standard SAP. This would be a New development. In SAP there is no such report with Opening + Recieps - Payments = Closing.

No other report or t.code will fetch your requirement.

Tried that tcode S_ALR_87012309. Heading is cash journal while what I need is a bank book or bank journal.

Even that - could not proceed as the system asks for "opening balance text" and "closing balance text" >> where can I find the required values for these two fields ?

Hi Meenakshi,

Try FS10N, here enter your all three bank gl  i.e. incoming and outgoing a/c of particular bank.

It will give you period wise details. Debits will be your incoming and credits will be you outgoing.

as per ur requirement bank book is also availble but it is ment by the bank people if their is any mistake it has been reconsilasation in difference between cash book and pass book.

As cash Journal (FBCJ) we cannot be available in the T.Code FBL3N,

Are u looking for a grouping, that you can give in the selection screen of FBL3N, jus like the date range from to
