Hi Gurus,

We have few Purchase orders , which were not invoiced amount fully, 0.01 is left on those P0's. But qty is fully invoiced . We have executed the report but report is not displaying remaining amount. Could you please explain what could be the reason for this

we selected open items only check box.

Hi,

If the commitment is managed by quantity (a definition made to a unit of measure), then it's closed even if there is non-invoiced amount left.

Could you pls explain how to find commintment is managed by quantity. ...........

We have few pos which were fully QTY invoiced and amount not fully invoiced . Among then some of POs are displaying and some po are not displaying in KSB2 report.

The setting is done in CUNI transaction. Check what the flag "value-based commt" is for the relevant unit of measurement.

Very very thanks for your reply.........

But still for 2 POs we have unit of measure MON and STD respectively. For both "Value based committment" check box is not selected. For the both POs commitment qty is fully invoiced and amount is not fully invoiced. KSB2 displaying one and PO and not displaying one PO. So what could be the reason for this. Is there any other settings ?

No, no other setting. It could be, of course, a problem with commitment itself. For more info on this, please read note 152571.
