Inspection lot for Customer returns with 655 mvt type

Hi,

My requirement is I want to use 655 mvt for customer returns materials for that I have done the below configurations:

In SD:

1) Define Schedule Line Categories: Used schedule line category DN and assigned 655 mvt type for the same.

2) Assign Schedule Line Categories: For Item Category REN assigned the schedule line category DN

In QM:

1) Maintained Inspection type 05

2) Defined default values for inspection type 05

3) In Inspection at shipping->Assign inspection lot origin for delivery type - maintained origin as 05 for delivery category LR

4) In Inspection at shipping ->Assign Inspection type to Delivery Category u2013 maintained origin as 05, Delivery Category u201CEu201D and inspection type 05

And also maintained Create QM control data in SD (QV51) for the Customer-Material-Delivery

Category as u201CEu201D and Quality inspection u201CAfter Deliveryu201D

After creation of returns delivery, there are two inspection lots created one with reference to stock (655 mvt) and another one without reference to stock with delivery number and item number . Both inspection lots were created with inspection type 05.

But I want the single inspection lot with both stock and delivery and item numbers

Anybody can please help me to solve my requirement.

What I think is you should remove "Delivery Category u201CEu201D and inspection type 05" from In Inspection at shipping ->Assign Inspection type to Delivery Category

Because as per SAP std : Assign suitable inspection lot origins to these delivery types

Note: You can only enter the inspection lot origins 10,11 or 12. This also applies to inspections for return deliveries; the inspection lot origin 06 cannot be used for these.

check removing this !!

hi,

Delivery category "LR" is for return , so assign 05 here and remove it from "E".

as mentioned by Mr. Surjit, 10,11,12 is for that not 06 and 05 .

As per your reply I have removed the origin 05 and inspection type 05 in Assign Inspection type to delivery category. Now only one inspection lot is creating for 05 inspection type with movement type 655 without delivery number, sales order number etc.

Can you help me to include the delivery number, sales order number details in QALS i.e 05 inspection lot.

This is limitation .......if you have 06 inspection lot ( along with 05 or only 06) then your problem will be solved.

This only one workaround.

hi,

either u use 05 or 06 , data transfer against deleivery type and refer. lot there is no prblm. u will easily find it in QALS.
