    Hi Rahul,

regarding your description I'm quite sure that some description entry is missing in table ACO_ACTIVITYT. So please check this table and made sure that the following entries are maintained for the used language:

    Admin

    Admin

    CandMan

    Candidate Management

    Create

    Create

    CreateDoc

    Create Documents

    CreateFol

    Create Folders

    DelChild

    Delete from folder

    Delete

    Delete

    DeleteFol

    Delete Folder

    Evaluate

    Evaluate

    Financials

    Accounting

    NoAuth

    None

    Read

    Read

    ReadFile

    Display Originals

    Receive

    Authorization to Receive

    ResMan

    Resource Management

    StaffMan

    Project Role Staffing Management

    Transition

    Transition Authorization

    Write

    Write

    WriteFile

    Maintaining originals

    user_svh

    add_del_test

Afterwards please reset the RFC Cache in EasyDMS and then the correct activity names should be displayed again. Normally the ACLs are working with a fix set of authorizations and there is no possibility to disable or hide specific entries.

    Best regards,

    Christoph
