Hi Experts,

Im new to Production Support, Can any one help me How to monitor PI interfaces.IS it the right way monitoring through

RWB-->Component monitoring if not please let me know.

search in sdn about Runtime work bench and try to understand the monitoring options.

Hi,

I searched in SDN I find out there are 2 ways.

1.Through RWB and CCMS is it the right choice of choosing CCMS.

RWB is right way to go..try to understand usage about component monioting ,message monitoring and end to end monitoring.

using 3 we can monitor all intefaces statu easily.

Hi,

You have two options

1) to monitor ABAP stack, go to SXI_MONITOR or SXMB_MONI. There you can see the entire request/response payloads inbound/outbound PI.

2) RWB to monitor JAVA stack, yo can monitor Adapter engine and Integration engine activities. Adapter engine monitoring can give you an idea of any red/down communication channels or message errors. Using IE monitoring you can generate custom payload to test the interfaces.
