Is the employee is Inactive in that period and where u getting this error is it in payroll log or in master data

The Emp is active one.
Folllowing table are maintained
t7inc9, t510,t511and t7ina9
It's inval a wage type amount as usual is 800.
When I'm maintaining infotype 583 system fetches 0 in IT 8 in masterdata.
For Conveyance Exemption no need to maintain Infotype 0583, just maintain table V_T7INC9 table
