Shutdown Planning of PM through PS

Kindly suggest me how to planing the shutdown of PM module through PS module. is there any configuration required for this.

Hi,

create revision and include in shut down order and also include WBS in equipment master for settlement and same would be populated in additional tab of maintenance order.

my query is what exactly the benefits when we assign the wbselement to the equipment and how to plan from the ps module.and how we can see the attached pm orders in wbs element in cj20n t.code.

Hi,

There is some configuration which needs to be done. We need to create subnetwork with pm order type and assign the pm order to that subnetwork in your project.

Hi,

Path: SPRO > SAP Reference IMG > Project System > Structures > Operative Structures > Network > Define Parameters for Sub Network (OPTP)

Also use Transaction code ADPMPS to link PM and PS object.

Hope this will surely help you to proceed further. Isnt it?

Hi,

See - I just told you only main config steps which are required for Turnaround Project.

There may be other as well depending upon business needs...

For example like All cost should booked into Maintenance then we may need to use WBS Element as Statistical and same thing needs to be configured into Project Profile by selecting Statistical Check Box.

For one/two WBSE (Capex WBSE) we can remove this statistical check box by de-selecting manually.
