Web ROE not generating

Hi all,

i am having an issue when attempting to generate an ROE in Web Workbench. Basically i am trying to generate an ROE as a test case for every single Action type and Reason i have in the Configuration in the path Payroll > Payroll Canada > Reporting and Statistics > Record of Employment - ROE Workbench (New Version) > Maintain action types for issuing ROE.

The problem is that ROEs are being generated for most Action Types in this configuration table, except a couple. Are there any other factors that effect the generation of an ROE except this table?

Have you done any changes to the system recently, like loading patches or activating Web ROE ?

Also chedk if payroll has been executed "LIVE" for the period.
