Not able to access web service from IPhone Development Environment

Hi Experts,

Task:

I need to provide web service from FM and give it to IPHONE and ANDROID developers.

I did:

I have created web service from FM. I gave it(WSDLfile) to IPHONE and ANDROID developers. But they are not able to access the web serivce from there.

We are able to consume the service SAP itself.

Developers suggesstions

They are saying like, your WSDL file is missing SOAP Action. They are able to access some of the outside .net and other services which are have a SOAP Action.

So they are asking me to provide a WSDL file with SOAP Action.

I tried to give some values in SOAP Action input field in SOAMANAGER. But WSDL file is not generating SOAP Action.

Need information

1. How could i create WSDL file with SOAP action.

2. If we can give manually SOAP action what is the formate or value we need to give.

3. Give me some suggestion to do this
