Auction Outbid Notices specify wrong timezone


We have set our server time to UTC.

We also set following two system properties and restarted Java server:



However we are still getting Auction Outbid Notices which specify wrong timezone i.e. PKT. How should we resolve this problem ? Please check sample Notice that we are getting shown below.

Subject: ABC, Inc. Auction Outbid Notice Auto forwarded by a Rule

Dear Test,

You have been outbid in the ABC, Inc. auction: AUC-00027-2011, Test Defect 235 on Motor. Another bidder is currently winning the auction line item. You can still place another bid before the bidding closes at Sat Dec 10 07:10:00 PKT 2011.

    You might want to take a look at the Supplier's default time zone too. On the Supplier's header tab, navigate to the regional setting section and validate that the timezone is set as desired.

    Another place to verify is the Setup --> Organization and Accounting Information --> Companies. Navigate doen to the other info section and validate the timezone there once.

      We have global system. Server is hosted in London and server time is set to UTC (No day light saving there).

      Suppliers are all over the world. We want them to use their timezone.

      Suppllier for which I am currently getting problem is in Taipei China (GMT+8) and the only company defined has timezone is with Timezone (GMT-5).

      From where this PKT is coming is something I am not sure. I have also opend CSS message for the same.
