Hi,
Could you tell me how to find out whether ASN sent by supplier is deleted or not in SAP. I have a scenario where ASN has been deleted in a PO and I tried to find out by going into the item changes in PO, however I found out some line items such as "Confirmation 0001, Confirmation 0002, etc." in which some are deleted and some are not. Please do advise, on how to find out deleted ASN in SAP & whether ASN is deleted or not.
Regards

The ASN to a purchase order is stored in table EKES
Any manual change in a purchase order is recorded in the change history. This change history is stored in tables CDHDR and CDPOS.

Hi,
If another alternative is for create Z-validation check 'ZASN_UPDATE_PO_STATUS' which will update in PO confirmation status is to accept whenever ASN is posted to SNC.
goto:SPRO>Supply Network Collaboration>Basic Settings>Validation>Own Settings-->Maintain Settings in Validation Profiles
Val.prf=P001
Validation check=ZASN_UPDATE_PO_STATUS
Check status=Active
if required implement the badi '/SCMB/BOL_VALFRMWRK' to get your requirement.

Raj.

Hi
@ Padmasri: The tables you mentioned VTTK and VTTP are asking for shipment number which I am not having and I have only PO#. Could you suggest some other tables from where I can get the required info?
@ Rasmulla: The solution you suggested doesn't look feasible in my production environment. Could you suggest some other alternatives?
Regards,
Prashanth.
