Infotype Log report: RPUAUD00

Hi,

RPUAUD00 is not supporting for some Infotypes.

I have configured tables V_T585A, V_T585B and V_T585C, still issue is same. So, Is there any other things need to be configured?

Hi,

I have selected longtime record.

I have tested for Infoetype 2, 7, 8 and 6, out of which 2, 7 is working fine. For all the Infotypes i have configured those tables, but still the issue is same.

Hi,

for example for IT0008, the following works for me:

T585A:

- Transaction class: A (for masterdata)

- Infotype: 0008

T585B:

- Infotyp: 0008

- Fieldgroup: 01

- Fieldname: * (for alls fields)

T585C:

- Transaction class: A

- Infotype: 0008

- Fieldgroup: 01

- Record Type: L (for longtime records)

Could you try this / check this with your customizing or provide an example customizing of your system for IT0008?

I think 8 should work at least, because this is one of the most important infotypes in HR and I've seen logging of this on many different HR systems.

Hi,

I suppose you have to maintain another line item in V_T585C

Tr class as A

Infotype as 0008

doc field group as 1

Doc type as S

Maintain this alos in the above table and check.

Hi,

you have to configure in V_T585A/B/C which fields and infotypes you want the system to log. After, there shouldn't be no problems using report RPUAUD00, if fields have been changed/deleted to view the changes. How do you start the report? I found out, that for the systems I work in, only longtime records work, no short time records.

Could you try this or tell what you choos on the selection screen of the report?

I think it will only support few infotypes.Can u explain some infotypes means...which Infotypes do u want
