Issue with Tcode FC10 - Financial Statement

Hi,

There is a Tcode FC10 exist for Financial Statement. Program name of this is RFBILA00.

Now problem is, when we run this report for Reporting year 2011 & Reporting Period from 1 to 5 and Comparison year 2011 & Comparison periods from 1 to 5....output showing like this...

2011.01 -2011.05 ..........Reporting periods

2011.01 -2011.05 ..........Comparison periods

Now if we run report with this parameters--- (RUN ONLY FOR PERIOD 05/2011)

Reporting year 2011 & Reporting Period from 5 to 5 and Comparison year 2011 & Comparison periods from 5 to 5....output showing like this...

2011.01 -2011.05 .......... Reporting periods

2011.01 -2011.05 ........... Comparison periods

We run the report only for period 5 but this report is showing between period 01 to 05....

Why???

    Hi,

Problem is depends on parameter ID you had given in "Balance sheet type" field of special evaluation tab of FC10 selection screen.

Please see either of the below parameter ID and give appropriate one in the above field.

1 means - that an accumulated balance sheet is created, that is, the balance is calculated from the balance carried forward plus the periods 01 to the upper limit of the reporting and comparison periods you have specified.

2 means - that a flow of funds analysis is created, that is, the balance is calculated from the reporting and comparison periods you specified.

The balance carried forward is not taken into consideration. Balance sheet accounts and P+L accounts are treated the same.

3 means - a combination of possibilities "1" and "2". Here balance sheet accounts are dealt with as described under balance sheet type 1, and P+L accounts as described under balance sheet type 2.

4 means - that an opening balance sheet is created. Here only the balance carried forward is used for the reporting and comparison periods. Accounts which have not yet been posted to or have a zero balance, are also displayed in this variant.

    Regards

    SM
