pricing procedure in control data showilng yellow exclamation mark

hello experts,

In pricing procedure in control data I have maintained 5 condition types as

Utxj for this vat tax as 12.5%

Zvat for this vat tax as 20%

Jes4 for this service tax as 10%

Jes5 for this eductaion tax as 2%

Jse4 for this S & HE tax as 1%

In control data I hve maintained like this,

Step condition type from to man req stat subtotal req caltype condbasevalue acckeys

170 Utxj 160 169

175 zvat 160 160

186 jse4 100 100

190 jes5 186 189

200 jes4 186 199

So depending on FROM TO conditions its calculating the values correctly, here I have not maintained any requirement, alternate calculation type, condition base formula, only I have maintained account keys as MWS,so when I check in this table VCHECKT683 its showing

Like this

ZACC DTC- ACCIDENT

UTXJ Standard proposal for CTyp UTXJ Mand = X Req = 010 Basfor = 016 AccKey = MWS

ZVAT Standard proposal for CTyp ZVAT Mand = X Req = 010 Basfor = 016 AccKey = MWS

JSE4 Standard proposal for CTyp JSE4 Mand = X Req = 010 Basfor = 016 AccKey = MWS

JES4 Standard proposal for CTyp JES4 Mand = X Req = 010 Basfor = 016 AccKey = MWS

JES5 Standard proposal for CTyp JES5 Mand = X Req = 010 Basfor = 016 AccKey = MWS

I am confused about this is showing with yellow exclamation mark, whether if I am not maintained this, shall in future it will raise any issues?or its ok with this.please reply me.its urgent issue.
