Hello,

If your client want this functionality then his SAP version higher or equal SAP 8.81 PL 09.

and using by this functionality .

SAP mailer service work on it and send mail your any desire Query result .

Menu bar > Tools >Schedule >

Create a query based PLD.

Through Alert Management schedule that query by frequency , user and type of intimation.

Alert Management is the available on every SAP Version and thats the different process

Schedule Reporter is the New Functionality thats available in SAP B1 8.81 PL:09 and thats the different Process.

Are you talking about Excel Reporter.

We had that in SAP B1 2007.

currently we have SAP 8.8 PL 21

but we do not have it.

Hi Pratik,

Schedule Report that means you have to get query result as report by time interwal.

Follow this Steps.

1. Create a Query for any desire result

2. Create PLD for this query

3. Go To -> Query Manager -> create Schedule

here fillup required information.

For Schedule Reporter Functionality you have first configure SBO Mailer.

I am trying Scheduler at my clients place but  facing an error.
