Dear Sap experts,

Please advise me that

material qty 2 pcs and reservation 1 pc

we checked in material document (MB51) , material qty is 2 pcs , and have already done reservation of same material of 1 pc... when we post good issue then

my system posted 3 pcs....

is it possible to post 3 pcs .. if it is possible then explain me... breifly.. pls...

Hi,

If you have checked that material quantity was 2 Pc and system allowed you to issue 3 Pc that means negative stock is allowed

for your Plant and storage location in customizing

If you want to disallow for your Plant?storage location

Go to OLMB- > Goods Issue/transfer Posting ->Allow Negative stock

Here select your plant and storage location and disallow it

And If you just want to disallow it for a certain material then

Go to MM02 and General plant Data/Storage 2 in general plant parameters here also disallow

negative stock

Dear Sir,

Please note that we have already checked in configuration there was already disallow negative stocks and same checked in mm02 also ..(disallow).

Then how was possible posted a goods issue 3 pcs where as material was qty 2 pcs and 1 pc of reservation..

please advise me..

1) where you checked material qty 2? in MMBE

2) where you checked reservation 1 pc,in reservation documented or in MMBE

3) Are you sure your qty 2 in MB51 ,this report show material document which is posted not qty,so how you say qty is 2 in MB51
