How to map this scenerio in sap

Hi all gurus

I have a query..please help me out asap

scenerio- My client is in warehouse biz. so the let the client spaces inside the warehouse for a specfic period for some amount (sqfeet) wise and doing monthly billing. so how I map it into sap. wether I will go for a rental contract with periodic billing plan or something else plz help me out.

As your client wants to go for a specific period its better to go with Rental Contract only.Please check the following threads. which are related to rental contract only
