need help year end payroll

HI

my business wants to do payroll year end process, they need a clear document about the yead end process

like whats the steps we have to follow, how the process should be , what Tcodes have to use and who will do that how is the transaction flow like screen by screen . I am toatally confusing recently they updated service packs , how can i prepare the documentation for business people to understand the year end process ,
