SUS PO status

Hi Masters. I have a question.

when a PO is completely Goods receips and send all to SUS is ok. the question is the header PO in SUS will be update to received.,

Hi sam. thanks for you repply,

mi scenario is classic in srm 5.0.

example.

we have a PO 1 item , the item is is for 4000 qty orders. the user execute the MIGO the qty rcvd is 4000 so the interface serviceKnolegment send ok the message to sus up here is ok. qty ord = qty-received,

the question is the status PO in SUS will be change for completly received or something like because the statust follows confirmerd.

maybe lack a process .

The status of the PO changes from New>In process>Confirmed.

HI,

THe PO will have status confirmed once the PO response (accepting all items) is done from SUS.

Only once the PO has confimed status you can create a ASN.

let me understand the PO status confirmed is the last status in process. does not exist a status good receips does not exist.

if yes .

I need know when PO is completly good receips into bus2230 exist a field or flag where mark the the PO is completly receipts.

HI,

You can notify the supplier by sending the GR notification from ERP to SUS. Then supplier can access this GR and as option to accept the same and then create a invoice.
