Hello experts
After a migration from 2007 to 8.81, and a reinstallation on a new server with Server 2008 r2 and SQL 2008 r2, the SBO mailer does not work properly
Emails go thru but the attachment is not a PDF, it is a .bin or .dat depending on who receives it, and can be read if I open it by selecting Acrobat reader but this is not intuitive for clients and customers that will receive it
In the general setting the paths are the same, to a third server (server2)
In the attachment path the PDF is created (server2)
Settings in SBO Mailer are the same
There is a PDF printer on the new server 2008 r2
Is there a setup I am missing?
Thanks,
Christophe
Hi Mavendra,
The problem was with the smtp client field, changing it to See4C solved the issue
Thanks for your input

Hi,
I reinstalled Server tools and tried a local path for the attachments but this did not solve the issue
Thanks
