Hi experts,

I have the following problem:

I build a simple WF app, deploy it to the unwired platform server sup 2.1.

The app has 1 MBO : message based.

In the Control center i registered an application connection ,with the following properties :

  • application-id : the name of the application.

  • Port : 5001

  • security configuration : empty

  • Domain : empty

Further, i have on my phisical device (android phone) the sybase mobile workspace2.1 installed.

when i start the sybase mobile workspace container to connect to the sup server : i get always the fault : Invalid Username or code

I m sure using the right authentication (username/password).

Any help ?

The application ID should be HWC. Also, make sure that the username and authentication code on the settings screen match what you used in the admin console.

If that doesn't work, let me know specifically what error you are seeing and where.

I get now the error : server public key verification failed.

The following activities are made :

1. An application communication is registere in the control centre with parameters :

User : 123

Template : HWC

server : server name (not the ip adres)

Port : 5001

Farm ID : 0

Application ID : HWC

Security configuration : Admin

Domain : (empty)

Activation code length : 3

Activation expiration : 72

Activation code : 123

2. Assign the application communication an my WFC application

3. On the device (android 2.2 based phone) , on the screen of the sybase mobile workflow

after login, in the settings :

enable automatic registration : off

server name : server name , i tried also to use the ip adres

port : 5001

farm id : 0

user name : 123

activation code : 123

password : <empty>

do i have to do more configuration on the control centre ?

thanks in advance

Hmm....try uninstalling the HWC client applications and reinstall them, then do the settings again, using the IP address, not the server name.
