Is it a license issue in the DI application?

Hi,

Recently I have an issue in my DI application, actually it is a web application. I always get error "Internal error (-5002) occurred, err_code=-5002", I checked my code and couldn't find anything can cause the problem which confuse me for a while. After I got this error, then I found if I restart the IIS then my web application works again. My web application is using manager to do all these DI jobs and also it is possible that some other people can use manager to login SAP B1 client. I am wondering if this could be the license issue? I also want to know how SAP responses if there are multiple users login into SAP via normal SAP B1 client and DI.

Hi Lan,

Maximum 2 concurrent sessions are allowed for one user. It is highly possible a licensing issue? Troubleshoot by different scenarios to isolate the problem.

Thanks for your response. Actually I have already asked my work buddies not to use manager for a while so I can address the problem.

BTW, I also want to know if there is a way to monitor that kind of session in SAP. I will post it in another thread.
