CRM 7.0 ITSM reporting and dashboard options

We have CRM 7.0 SP5 ( no EHPx)and the ITSM Incident Management was configured by a third party consultint firm

What are reporing/dashboard capabilities for ITSM Incident Management.

Do we need a separate BI?
