Smita,
Likely the key here is not the actual contents of the transport request, but the error "Caught signal 11 SIGSEGV (SEGV_MAPERR) Address not mapped to object," followed by "R3trans received signal 11 from operating system." Signal 11 means your operating system is reporting some sort of a memory error. In this case, it likely means that you need to patch your kernel, or perhaps just your r3trans. Are you certain that you are running the same kernel patch level in the two QAS systems, one where it works and one where it fails? And what about in the DEV system? Possibly the system with the error is only partially patched.
Make sure the failing QAS system has exactly the same kernel and r3trans patches as the successful QAS system. It also could be a matter of operating system or DBMS patch levels; make sure those are the same as well.
Cheers,
Matt

Thank you so much Matt. After R3trans upgrade, TR is imported.
Thank you Harish
Tried again, results are the same. I’m transporting one record from view SWLVCUSTOM. The maintenance transaction is SWL1. The record I’m transporting is for task TS91000387, last record in the view. It’s a pretty simple record, just detailing columns to appear in a dynamic column for SAP office. Works fine in 1 quality system but gives error in 2nd quality system.

Hi Smita,
What are you moving in this TR? Check whether you can recollect objects in Dev and move using new TR.
If all other TRs are getting moved then issue is specific to this TR and not with entire system, we can help you if you give move details on objects that you are trying to move.
Regards,
Harish Karra
