    Hi,

Change request is related to development work where BW development team will do it. For example creation of new info cube, new Query. Once the CR assigned to the Dev team member they will go thru the requirements and start development once dev. Is over they will release it to QA. Then UAT is happened in QA, once it approved by the user it will move to PROD.

    Hope it clear..

    Thanks

    Riyez

    Hi,

As a part of support team, we generally take care of all minor changes i.e., making changes to queries which are already created or doing loads for correcting issues with data etc. All these activities are covered under "tickets".

If we have to make any Design changes for the objects/data flow which are already created or creation of new objects

Change request then these major changes are generally referred as Change Request (CR). This CR is generally taken care by Development team.

    Regards,

    RJ
