ECM-report doubt

Hey SAP experts,

I have tried many T codes in ECM like cc07 which gives good consolidated data of ECM in sap.

Now my client wants the below as a report or he says he should be able to take print of the same,

He needs consolidated report of all showing what all objects he entered, approved, what activities he did and his comments which he has mentioned either in long text or excel which he had enclosed.

    Dear Sai,

It seems you want to track the history of a change number itself.

In my understanding in standard SAP change numbers are used as an object to track the changes that happenes in the

different SAP object types like BOM,material master, routing etc..

Again why do you want to know the things happened for a change number? The reports related to change numbers helps you

in identifying the different changes happened for the different objects(but not the comments or the other data).

As explained only a custom developed report can help you for this requirement.
