F110 and FINT for Customers maintained as branch and head office customer

Hi Experts

Our clients are using Branch and head office customer accounts and we have activated decentralised processing. I am aware that this activation will enable separate correspondences being sent to the branch customers. However my concern is that are we able to schedule payment runs only for branch customers ( i have tried this but it is not working). Same issue is with Interest calculation- whether interest caclulation will take place at Head offica account or we can process FINT for individual branch accounts. We have tried this with Dencentralised processing checkbox ticked but it throws up errors saying the interest calc has already calc with account 00.00.00

Please advise.

    Decentralized processing has to be activated for head office subledger.

    Hi,

    In refernce to your query i.e. "are we able to schedule payment runs only for branch customers"

    Please check the documentation below:

    F1 help for head office:

    "You specify this account number only for branch accounts. Items that you post using the branch account number are automatically posted to the head office account. The system records the branch account number in the line items.

    Neither transactions nor balances are kept in the branch account."

    About FINT, please read the sympton and solution part of the below note.

    1134730 FINT: Branch-head office -also calculate interest for vendo

      Thanks for your response. So does this mean if i provide a brand account number on the F110 payment run - it will not pick up any documents posted to Head office customer on behalf oif the branch customer?
