PO release workflow.

Hi,

I have a custom PO release workflow which is based on the business object BUS2012.

I have extended this BUS2012 by adding custom methods to it.

The workflow is getting executed when RELASESTEP event is trigerred and the work item is send to approver.

Even though approver executes the work item and releases the workflow, the work item doesnt goes to complete status.

Its still in in process status and remains in the inbox.

What could be wrong ?

When the approver release the workflow will the RELEASED event be logged in event trace ?

    Hi,

Check one level or multiple level of approval.

If multiple level of approval means after all approval workflow gets competed status.

Please check whether the Released event is getting triggered or not. You should use standard task TS20000166 to release the PO.

    Hello,

Look in the workflow to see if it does the actual release. Just having a user approve it won't do it.
