my client have only one plant, that plant is in the city outskirts. they have have one purchase department.
But also they have one Head office is in the nearest city. just for getting orders.
In SAP we are not treating that as Plant. but some times what happens is from there they give order to vendor....but material comes directly comes to the plant.
Should i keep 2 Purchase organisations.........How i should decide the number of Purchase organisations for a client......
