Similar Production Order

Hello Everybody,

I want to create two product :

1. The first product is BA and the raw material used is A

2. The second product is CA and the raw material used is C

But, I want to create these two product by using the same production order.

Somebody know how I can do ?

Cedric,

Normally you can create a production order for only material. For your scenario I can suggest a work around.

Step 1: Create the mareials A, C (ROH) BA & CA (FERT)

Step 2: Consider BA as your main material and create the BOM for Material BA with Qtys as below:

A:1 EA

C: EA

CA: -1EA ---> by this -ve sign system will consider material 'CA' as abye-product of main material 'BA'.

Step 3: Create production order for the material 'BA'.

Step 4: when u confirm the order you will get the bye-product as 'CA' 1EA.

By the above work around you can create 2 material BA & CA in one production order.
