Disable the proxy setting and try to open ESR or ID.

HI Neeru,

Check the Java versions installed on your system. If it is only one version then,

1. Goto XI startup page

2. Click on Administration

3. Click on Respository/Directory tab.

4. Click on Java Webstart Administration.

5. Click on Re-initialization and force-signing.

Now, try to logon.

If the no. of Java versions are more than, uninstall all the Java versions and install 1.5 or 1.6 and try to logon.

check in your system how many java versions installed ,if you have more than one uninstall JDK's and install only 1.5 or 1.6 it should work

Remove JRE Version 6 .

Install JRE 1.4 or 1.5 .. and then try again, I have faced this issue once with JRE Version 6.

Hello,

I hope you are using Internet Explorer. Have you check whether any pop-up's has been blocked in your IE tools option.

Can you try out with different browser like Mozilla.

Hi,

There may be the three reasons for your problem.

1.The Java version may not correctly Installed correctly in your system. So remove it and reinstall it.

2.Addtiion of the IP adress of SAP PI server in your host file of your system (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc).

3.Check with your Internet settings whether you have any proxy settings or not.Disable it if any.

4.Run Java control panel(run:javaws.exe -viewer ) and click on network settings and click on direct connection.
