Why SIDs start with 2 in master data S Tables?

Hello All,

When we create infoobjects, S table(/BIC/S...) is created to store SIDs and respective values.

However, these SIDs start with 2 and not 1.

Please, can anyone tell what is reason for this.

Hi,

This is happening due to number range maintainance for SID values in your system.

Check below article for more information,

Hi,

I tried this but still when I transfer any record from R3 to BW sys, still it creates SID vales starting with 2 for 1st vale entry.
