BELOW SPECIFIED STOCK LIMIT

Hi,

I am just new to SAP. I have been using the function MM01 to create materials. I would like to know is there any option while creating a material that if that particular material has gone beyond certain quantity it makes the person managing the warehouse to immediately purchase the material.

Like a kind of warning. Is it possible to assign a certain value for all kind of materials where you can assign a particular value and goes below that a warning is given.

Is it possible that it can show the below quantity value highlighted while taking the option MMBE.and exporting it to excel.

Could somebody help me with this since I am new too SAP

Below stock limit is controlled through MRP parameter

One need to maintain the safety stock and Re order point value or Only reorder point value, depending on the MRP.

Automatic message will not prompt as per standard system, if it is required, you can do through development.
